Shareflow is not a public registration platform: access is granted only to properly identified and approved individuals or entities. A Pixel is the minimum tokenized unit of participation in a project on Shareflow. Each Pixel represents a fraction of a real productive asset, issued as a token on the Solana blockchain. The token exists in two stages: Pre-emission (fixed price pre-sale before token issuance) and Live (token issued, market-based value). After the mandatory lockup period, the holder can trade their token on the secondary market.
All investments, cash flow distributions, and transactions on Shareflow are conducted exclusively in USD-pegged stablecoins: USDC or USDT. This eliminates the volatility associated with speculative cryptocurrencies and allows participants to maintain a USD reference at all times. All records are on-chain on Solana.
The lockup is a mandatory period during which acquired tokens cannot be transferred or traded on the secondary market. Its duration varies by project and is established in the legal terms of the asset. The purpose of the lockup is to ensure stability in the participant structure during the initial operating phase of the asset.
